Nice customer service, easy to find on the map. Could have had the equipment arranged to pick up without waiting for other equipment to be shuffled/moved around. Overall, good experience.

TROY WI put "No" in the "Were the personnel helpful?" because the shop was closed, but parking and key box made returning the truck easy.
MICHAEL FVery easy to work with the staff at ZZ Auto Service. They hooked up the equipment and helped me drop everything off. All of the staff from check-in, hookup, and drop off (3 different people) were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend renting from them again.
