TANCE SNot very attentive staff. Pointed at the trailer, and said ‘there it is’. No offer to hook it up, nor even assist.
Michael Si ordered an appliance hand truck and two furniture movers and there were none. I went to Boo Boo’s, they didn’t have it either. Thankfully Car Time did. I don’t have a problem with the location not having the equipment, but if you don’t have it don’t advertise when we make the reservation that you do. I can make alternate plans but it’s frustrating to be counting on something and not getting it. As it was Car Time had the appliance dolly but no furniture movers, so, I had to pay $80 for one at the Truck Supply Store.
Eden MA/C on truck was intermittent and the front end shacked between 55/70 mph not good on a 6 hour trip
