On a positive note, the drop off location was convenient and easy to deal with (Rons Rides) good job Ron Rides. This was the backup location as the location you had me going to (thank goodness) I called told me they had no space for me to drop at their location and said I would have to go somewhere else. Great communication and when was U-Haul going to let me know the first drop site was not available. Bad job Uhaul, you're not serving your customers and leave many with bad experience each time we rent. I have heard this from so many ppl that have used Uhaul. Hopefully another company steps in and provides an alternative to U-Haul soon.

Dennis COn my end everything was good, friendly and helpful.
Jose PPlease stop smoking inside the establishment because I had to have my purchase processed outside in the rain because the owners husband was smoking a cigarette inside and I have asthma. I am highly allergic to cigarettes smoke.other than that process wasn’t to bad.
