The original drop off point was awful. The person in charge at that location was very rude and very uninviting. He came out yelling before I even attempted to park. I’ve never been here before and I was trying to explain that the dispatcher told me that this place was able to accommodate a big truck and he thought I was lying. Thank god for the St Augustine location because they were very professional and nice which made a good impression on me and family. We were already under stress with the move and this person in the Bunnell location made it that much stressful.

My husband had to unhook and lift trailer off of hitch by himself. No offer to help from drop off location. They just showed him where to park it and walked away. I had no confirmation of the return of the trailer because I never received any text messages and my phone number was incorrect…they did emailed me another copy of the contract that I had…
katy cWe got stuck on the highway for 2 hours and were not able to get it back by 5. When I called about the situation, they said no problem as long as we got it back first thing in the morning. It was a very nice way to conduct business and made us very happy.
