Location is Awesome and very easy to check in and out! My only concern is that I've used the same truck twice now and it really needs to be retired. Drivers door handle is ready to come off as you have to SLAM the door to get it to close, Drivers window leaks so much air that it's hard to hear the radio and I just reported that when I went to start it, the starter was hung up and wouldn't release it unless I turned it off and then back on. Seats are worn as well! It's time to let this truck go!!

TABITHA LI have rented from Car Time before, and they are great. My issue this time was with the trailer; there was a bolt that backed out of place which holds the strap that keeps the car securely strapped to the trailer. That failure caused issues in my travel back home with the vehicle.
Pedro rThey were great when I dropped it off. Unfortunately I attempted to drop it the night before because I was told I could. The property was locked up right with no drop area or drop box. I explained the next day but I was still charged for the extra miles from driving to their location twice. Small money but bag business.
