I have rented from Car Time before, and they are great. My issue this time was with the trailer; there was a bolt that backed out of place which holds the strap that keeps the car securely strapped to the trailer. That failure caused issues in my travel back home with the vehicle.
Pedro rThey were great when I dropped it off. Unfortunately I attempted to drop it the night before because I was told I could. The property was locked up right with no drop area or drop box. I explained the next day but I was still charged for the extra miles from driving to their location twice. Small money but bag business.
