Hello there i will say i was pissed. to start off with when we went to pick up the uhaul at a location with mobile pick up or whatever u call it. our truck was behind a truck that was parked parallel right infront of it. this then took an additional 30 minutes to even get into the vehicle to use. the picture taking wasn’t the problem just the set up. THENN i ordered and paid for moving blankets or what ever they are called DID NOT receive these but I still HAD to pay for them! again a contactless pick up so who do i tell no one so no blankets that i paid for instead i receive a dolly that I DID NOT ask for. Also turned in the uhaul with basically 10 miles used and a full tank and i still paid 100$ when its labeled at 50$ on every truck 🙄jus overall wont be using uhaul again unless you guys can fix this
