WILLIAM BMy pickup location wasn't where I had requested and I didn't see anything telling me that so I went to the wrong place at 1st. When I went to the right place, the people were very helpful but The U haul app didn't work when it came to the taking pictures of the truck, we tried several times to do it and it just wouldn't work so the U haul guy had to call U haul to make a note that it wasn't working so I could leave.
CHRISTIAN GI reserved a 10' truck. I arrived an hour after my initial pick up time but well within the timeframe i reserved the truck for. 15 minutes after being prompted to reapply my driver's license pictures and information. When I got there there was a couple in front of me looking to rent a truck. They left with a 10' truck. I was told my reservation was canceled on their end and that they didn't have any 10' trucks. I would have to go with a 20' truck. I agreed because I didn't have any other choice. I also overheard one of the guys there saying that the couple didn't want the truck they wanted the van. They canceled my order to upsell this couple while also forcing me to take a much larger truck than I had wanted. The spots that the trucks were in were also extremely tight and the guy guiding me in and out was extremely rude.
