Plenty of parking but did not fully understand process.
Craig STammy was helpful and nice but she took over for her brother who yells and is demeaning and degrading. He spoke of U-Haul as a fraud and how U-Haul will likely charge me extra and that I didn’t know where I was taking the rental because U-Haul changes information and tried to charge me for the trailer that U-Haul asked me to take with me and then argued with me that I needed to insure the trailer. All while he had a raised voice and attempted to argue with me which I would not engage. I was in tears before his sister Tammy came and took over. The man couldn’t see well and couldn’t navigate past the screen which he was one to two inches from the screen because he seemed to not be able to see. He was very mean rude and unprofessional and my friend who dropped me off was witness to it all as he was this way. I was scared and crying until Tammy took over and luckily she got there because I was going to cancel everything because of this man. I would not recommend this U-Haul facility to anyone ever!
