The app was glitchy and difficult to get things to load and took multiple tried to process things. Other than that, it was great.

Everything went well. Pickup went quickly, truck was ready for us. It as clean. Return went smoothly. Everyone was polite and helpful.

Once I arrived at the location, it took 45 minutes to get the app to accept all of my information in the app even though I had already submitted most it already online. I had to contact customer service. The delay eliminated an hour from my rental time
