Could have cared less about the U-Haul rental side of his business. This is a gas station/ U-Haul rental. Didn’t even come out to check over equipment and assist with where to drop it. But they are open on Sunday.

Every thing was great.
RICHARD LRamp was not properly secured when we picked up item , almost fell off on highway . Found that the ramp store area was damaged prior to picking up . Then when unloading vehicle the ramp fell almost causing the vehicle to fall. After explaining to the customer service desk for a compensation they referred me to a number to call the next day .
CESAR MThis is located inside a gas station and there is no way you know this unless you drive around seeing there is no other actual brick and mortar building. They are so unorganized trying to run a convenient store all while managing Uhaul rentals is not good.
