You need to fix your website because when I arrived to the location to pick up the truck your website stated I wasn’t at the right location when I was. I ended up going inside and was told this happens all the time. You shouldn’t have the option to pick up the truck via the phone if you have to go inside anyway.

JOHN DWe didn’t think we should be charged an extra day for getting the truck back 15 minutes late. I’m a 100% disabled veteran and couldn’t get help to finish up so I had to do it myself and I can’t go as fast as I used to. Disappointed. The place closed at 4:00 which is much earlier than other places.
JERRY SWe are familiar with this location as we have previous experience,several times, with this location. I am grateful someone was at the location at the time of returning the vehicle. The experience we had with this particular vehicle was very stressful and frustrating. From the emergency "dummy" lights illuminating the dashboard throughout the trip....to the unbelievable attempts and experience(s) in contacting Roadside Assistance!!
