This drop off location was well maintained and had clear signs with instructions. I knew what to do with the truck and the key and how to get online for the return. I got there after hours so I didn't meet with a person.

Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive. Got accused of not returning the truck but it was there the entire time. Got charged extra for mileage.
