We didn’t think we should be charged an extra day for getting the truck back 15 minutes late. I’m a 100% disabled veteran and couldn’t get help to finish up so I had to do it myself and I can’t go as fast as I used to. Disappointed. The place closed at 4:00 which is much earlier than other places.
JERRY SWe are familiar with this location as we have previous experience,several times, with this location. I am grateful someone was at the location at the time of returning the vehicle. The experience we had with this particular vehicle was very stressful and frustrating. From the emergency "dummy" lights illuminating the dashboard throughout the trip....to the unbelievable attempts and experience(s) in contacting Roadside Assistance!! U-Haul, PLEASE correct the Roadside Assistance telephone number on your vehicles!!
