Doby’s Shell is an outstanding U-Haul Dealer and employs outstanding people. Corporate U-Haul needs to step up and provide better equipment. This is second time I’ve rented and especially my recent experience My truck had transmission issues slipping out of gear and and taking at 3 times to get it to go into reverse. The explanation was all the 20 foot Ford truck do it. That is absolutely unacceptable. I’m car guy and it’s tired equipment and U-Haul corporate not supporting. in my option a 5 Star Store. I’m a loyal U-Haul customer but I think nobody from corporate reads the evaluations and they need to step up and provide better equipment. Covid is over and supply chair issues are no longer valid excuses for having tired equipment.
