Was closed at time of pickup had to come back 30 mins later the gentleman helping took so long to get all info even though I had done it all online. He kept going off to help other customers in between. Just not a good experience or set up Truck is old and just cut out on us as we were driving but seemed okay as it warmed up and got going.

The location was 80km away from home and didn't even have the truck when I showed up. Instead of calling traffic team to sort it out he sent me to another location who could not help

WAYNE DThis is a variety store not a rental truck location. The owner was very congenial, but we were constantly interrupted by people wanting to buy groceries and miscellaneous items, including marijuana. Hey, rather confusing situation.
BRIAN MI never received my order in complete... this caused me to waste my team, my friends time and unable to move anything the location was ridiculous, why you have this location I don't understand they don't know your product and they sent me to location that was closed to get my blankets I ask to cancel on the stop before I took the truck and they said no I took the truck to find blankets and the cost to buy was very expensive so I brought the truck back I want my refund Shiv
