Actually have the unit and accessories that I ordered. Everything was confirmed in a call the day before and things were still missing

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe equipment I rented was not in the truck (dolly). I was told I had to go pick it up at a different location. I was not aware of this and was not able to go to the other location, alas I did not use the equipment I requested which was not ideal. Im not sure if this was my mistake or not but it was a bit of a let down.
Darrylynn MThis location is a convenience store. The good thing about this location is there’s plenty of room to park the vehicle. Its a good location to get in or out with bigger moving trucks
Marc PWas not reimbursed for extra gas in tank (approx half a tank), clerk didn't even have order despite giving reservation #, charged for Mile overage despite leaving atleast $35 extra gas in tank
Makenzie HThe store owner is very accommodating and friendly quick service. Highly recommended. Sid
