I was not informed that my dropoff at 8pm would not have any personnel on-site. My phone had very low battery and I had challenges getting email confirmation from UHAUL.COM to close out my dropoff. Suggest that this process is communicated when picking up to make it go more smoothly.

Terrible customer service at this location, DO NOT PURCHASE BOXES!!!, Manager couldn't care less, he doesn't make up the corporate policy he says. They encourage you to purchase extra boxes and return for a refund the ones you don't use. Surprised to find out I need my sales receipt to return their branded u-haul boxes or store credit. Store credit, for what??? How often do you need to be in there to move. Give me a break

When I picked up the equipment, the individual did not go through the contract with me, did not ask if I wanted to insure my belongings, and did not make me sign a single thing. Also, he didn't question the vehicle I towed with as a different vehicle was on file. When I returned the equipment, the lady I dealt with was fantastic, even with the computer issues they were having at the time. When she disconnected the trailer from my vehicle, she noticed the black tabs were not put on the chains, and it could have fallen off! Then she asked if I bought the insurance and I told her about how awful the pickup was.

Very young staff. Had to prep my own trailer hookup. Not very professional. I had to do my own inspection before I felt safe to take the trailer on the road. I would assume it's the franchise owner that is lacking.

You're waving proving is not charging a customer for two days when they only rented the equipment for one day I rented the trailer for one day it was under the 24 hours although I had informed the gentleman that it would be later in the afternoon that I would be returning it and he said it didn't matter it could be even after they were closed it was still be a one-day rental. Regardless my 10 and took it back for me and it was under the 24 hour and I was charged for two days tried to get hold of the location nobody can ever get home anyone there it always goes to the call center where people don't know how to resolve any issues I requested a call back from the manager at the location at 419 Plains Road and I'm still waiting for them to call me back that means that I have to personally drive down again to speak to them to get my credit card credited. This is totally uncalled for and some of us are busy I'm at the hospital normally for 6 to 7 hours a day since my mom is there for the last 7 months and yet I have to go out of my way to drive an extra 20 minutes to go to 419 Plains Road to get this sorted out. Yet there's nobody at the call center that would resolve the issue. I'd love if somebody from head office would call me that would be fabulous 416-953-0923 thank you for your time and hope that this is of use to change your ways and double charging people. Thank you

I made a reservation for 26' and this was confirmed. When I went to pick it up, there was only a 17' available. I jade to make 2 trips and ended up costing me more.

Try to make sure the interior has at least been vacuumed and wiped down so that there is not a layer of dust on it.. Other then that the service was excelent and the vehicle drove and ran great !

I rented a 26 foot truck 3 weeks earlier and was only able to get 17 foot when I showed up. This created a big issue in our move and we still have stuff in the old place. I was Dissappointed that I couldn't get what I booked.

When I went to get my truck, I was told there was an outstanding balance for a previous truck I rented. I was not aware of any outstanding balance, nor had I ever received an invoice, phone call, email that there was an amount outstanding, so I did not think it was fair that I was charged a $30.00 late fee! I would have paid the amount right away, had I known about it! So I'm not pleased that you charged me a late fee .

I feel that we should be credited at least for extra gas we put in the truck.We accidently put too much gas in and left it at 3/4 and took it out at 5/8th of a tank.Fair is fair.I know if I hadn't put enough gas in ..I certainly would have had to pay for it afterwards.Just saying...
