The equipment I rented was not in the truck (dolly). I was told I had to go pick it up at a different location. I was not aware of this and was not able to go to the other location, alas I did not use the equipment I requested which was not ideal. Im not sure if this was my mistake or not but it was a bit of a let down.

This location is a convenience store. The good thing about this location is there’s plenty of room to park the vehicle. Its a good location to get in or out with bigger moving trucks

RASHID MVehicle had < 1/16 tank of gas when I got it - had to immediately find a gas station to fill up a bit. Returned the vehicle with 3/16 tank full. Get my final bill and see I was penalized for not returning with a 1/4 tank AND wasn't even aware there would be a discount if a did. So, I end up paying ~$32 MORE for my trouble even when paying for and returning the vehicle with more gas than I go it with. This experience was a terrible experience - you folks should do better.
