I went straight to this location and they have had available the 9' Van, after doing all the formalities within 10 mins the Vehicle key was in my hand.I could not find any difficulty for getting U-Haul Equipment over here, so for me there is no any improvement chances, and Chris was very kind and helpful person. I would give 5 out of 5 to Chris.
