I did accidentally lock the key inside the truck. When I called U- Haul for assistance they told me it cost $ 500 to get door unlocked. Fortunately I had AAA and they got the door unlocked.

The pick up and drop off location was Andy’s gas station in Burnsville NC. He was great to deal with, no complaints. The online process is sometimes confusing or misleading. The online system will suggest pick up points that don’t actually have equipment.

Andy’s U-Haul did an excellent job fixing what the U-Haul website messed up. I arranged for a one way move online. The website reversed my pick up and drop off location. Luckily, Andy (the owner) was able to cancel the wrong order and write up a new contract. Great job to Andy’s U-Haul!

Have someone, a professional, check trucks on regular basis!!!! I had s piece of junk. Dangerous at that. Spoke to 10 plus so -called customer service reps and had the run around all day. I put on at least 6-8 complaints from 7:30 wed to 12:30 before I gave up and tried to make it home in the all over the road front end totally out of line and wobbling from line to line. But if I had to wat 3 hours to even get any kind of responsible person who then transfers me to roadside, well it’s obvious they have no clue what they are doing and need training. Or trying to do three tho ha st once. Would ask a question about something I just explained as of not even heard. Probably texting or on Facebook. Pathetic overall. Only good thing was Andy at pick up. If I didn’t have to get UHaul because of locality, I would never. Equipment is junk 1/3 of the time. I ordered 10j trailer tesrday to avoid the danger and disgust of having to deal with your customer service at regional and road service. The girl at feenidina location in West Columbia, SC and the real ass at ZIMBALZiST road store. Had service center.!i was told to go there. Undoubtedly the texting person did not enter info and consent on my account like she said she would. That a lie. Of many that day. The guy at that store flat out said there was nothing he could do. I really don’t know why I’m taking any more time to communicate to you. It’s a joke. Look at the 10-12calls if they even noted it. Last one, I begged her to put a supervisor on ANd someone who could make a decision that others could not or would not. She was arrogant and would not transfer me i again said pleaseX please please get me avsupervidor. The prejudiced woman transferred me to roadside with out a comment. Tell Dan Guerra st corpuerste to quit sending me messages about my account. It Will NEVER happen at this point. Garbage for equipment and garbage for help on that day. I could deal with the garbage but it was pass the buck at every turn. Cost me 450+ and the 1000’s I’ve spent before will cease as soon as I get next order or to save my life and those around me maybe I should drive 40 miles to get a Penske. I can’t wait to last minute and get another piece of junk on a critical delivery. Please review multiple calls. They/you claim they are recorded so have at it!!!!!!!!!! I didn’t get angry until about the 6th call and the totally hateful guy at zimbalust store. Good luck with that business model. How people are that desperate to keep doing business with you guys is beyond me.

Location was closed Saturday when equipment was returned. No problem with location, but the mobile return process was awful and, frankly ridiculous. Brilliant Sun, 90 degrees, no shade. Taking multiple photos, screen invisible, unnecessarily complicated. The condition, mileage, cleanliness will be checked by the staff of the return location anyway. All that is needed is an email/message that the return has been made to the location and a lock box for the key.
