The location was closed on Saturday when I dropped the trailer off. When I called on Monday morning to speak with the location, the man who answered the phone yelled at me and said, "U-haul should have called you. I didn't have room for this trailer here." He then hung up the phone and submitted a charge for $80 on the return for missing / damaged items. I've filed a dispute with U-haul over this. Horrible location that should be removed from you list of stores offering services.
