Donald GThe U-Haul app was not working. The lady at the pickup location tried it twice and it froze up before she could complete it. She called a rep who spent some additional time with to no avail. Having waited a while I asked to go ahead and leave with the trailer since U-Haul had all my information including my credit card. The rep threatened to call the sheriff and have me arrested for theft if I left. After another 15-20 minutes he agreed. He needs a lot of training on what customer service is.
