Daniel UWe could barely get the van out of the lot because other trucks parked behind us.Someone finally came out from the towing location (it was closed - Sunday) when they saw us struggling and moved the truck. Also, our van smelled horrible. It appeared clean inside but had a very strong odor. I would not rent to anyone until it gets deodorized.I appreciate the convenience of renting a vehicle on a Sunday when things are closed but the use of the app and not having a human to interact with was really off-putting. This is my first time using U-Haul and I am a big believer in second chances but I'm also waiting to see what kind of response I get, I don't know if this is the rule or an exception
