All was great in returning the trailer
DAVID MNothing to improve, but a comment about other local U-Haul dealerships. Last year (2024), we rented from a Middlefield, OH location, and it took them over an hour to find the person in charge of the U-Haul rentals. When we returned the rental, no one was there to help unhook the trailer and the establishment was closed!!! Burton Floral & Garden was a breeze to deal with and we will certainly use them again.
