Great customer service!
cody kVehicle was not full of fuel when I picked it up, but it was marked full on my contract. Brought it back with the same reading on the fuel gauge and was told it was 7/8 full. Went to fuel it up completely and it took almost 9 gallons !!. I only went 40 miles. Pretty sure it gets more than 5 miles per gallon. Not happy about getting ripped off on the fuel by the location ( Bushnell Feed ). I have a complaint being filed with your company. I have receipts for the fuel as well.
Kelly SI went to a different U-Haul to reserve trailer when I got there to pick it up. They did not have trailer. Had to go to two other places to be able to get the trailer that I originally wanted when I went to drop it off at the drop off location that place did not exist. Had to call for another location that was 8 miles away from where I needed to drop it off at but that gentleman at that location was great and helpfulI
john dTrailer lights didn't work on the right rear of trailer. It wasn't the truck plug ot was on the trailer side somewhere
