I wanted to pay cash to save the money on my card for other reservations on my move. The lady said that I could pay cash when I get to my destination and unfortunately that was not true. The equipment was very used, but it did get there just fine. I was talked into insurance and did not know that some car insurance will cover anything attached to the car so perhaps look at your own policy to see if it covers before you spend an extra $40. Also just an assumption but I’m pretty sure that U-Haul has insurance on every single one of their vehicles so I would research that a little more before you spend the 40 bucks.
