They were not good at dealing with the customer. They didn't explain about how the fuel gage displays the amount of gas left in the vehicle as well as other things.

JACQUELINE MThe owner of Rapp's is always rude to me; I have rented trucks from him numerous times, and I have always brought them back in the same condition that I received them, clean and with the same amount of fuel, but he's still disrespectful to me. Last time that I rented a truck, I went all the aH to the other side of town to use another U-Haul, which was well maintained, and I had a much better experience overall.
