The truck was bay was dirty when checking out, the staff swept it out for me. It took a long time to get checked out. NOTE: The original location, Pocasset Auto Service, 810 MacArthur Blvd, Pocasset, MA 02559, did NOT have the keys in the outside box forcing me to change my reservation and equipment. 2 vans were sitting there in the parking lot. They should not take reservations if they can't fill them.

Wilner SI requested a dolly, this location didn't have any equipment to rent with truck. The man smoked in the building when I was present. The truck was not clean there was residue and peanuts in the cab. I had to rent the truck for longer than expected. When returning the truck he helped me filled the tank, however was very sexist when he asked me twice why my husband doesn't help me with this. Very disappointed with this rental.
