GERALD WNo one was there but we made it through the online service and finally got the info we needed
KATRENA WThe folks at Midland Ag were the friendliest and very helpful in getting the trailer on my hitch and checking the lights.
Keith BWhen I tried to talk to the person in charge of the U-Haul he was very belligerent. I tried to ask him a question and he hung up on me. I had wanted to know why if I turned in the truck on Saturday why'd they charge me an extra day if it wasn't due until Sunday. He told me if I wanted to come up and ask him a question face to face he'd be out there waiting on me. I have no idea why you would associate your company with a person like this his name is Stacy he was very belligerent with my wife tried to talk to him Monday morning and he was even more belligerent when I tried to talk to him this morning to find out why there was an extra day I don't think you would want a person like this associated with U-Haul.
