How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe folks at Midland Ag were the friendliest and very helpful in getting the trailer on my hitch and checking the lights.
Keith BWhen I tried to talk to the person in charge of the U-Haul he was very belligerent. I tried to ask him a question and he hung up on me. I had wanted to know why if I turned in the truck on Saturday why'd they charge me an extra day if it wasn't due until Sunday. He told me if I wanted to come up and ask him a question face to face he'd be out there waiting on me. I have no idea why you would associate your company with a person like this his name is Stacy he was very belligerent with my wife tried to talk to him Monday morning and he was even more belligerent when I tried to talk to him this morning to find out why there was an extra day I don't think you would want a person like this associated with U-Haul.
