I was overcharged ridiculously for my rental. The app did not allow me to take photos of the truck before renting since the agent called me to lease the truck. I took a photo of my starting mileage anyway but wasn’t able to submit it. I’m being charged for driving 160 miles instead of the 74 I actually drove. I reported having an issue with the price and no one reached out to me. Probably won’t rent from here again. $333 is far more than the ~$100 i was expecting to pay.
