We were simply.told to just leave it. No clear direction. Then we were charged YET ANOTHER $65 over and above everything we had already paid. Not one invoice has been sent to us. This is the one and only time we will ever rent a uhaul. Absolute thieves you are.

Help out with putting the the trailer on my hitch. It doesn't have landing gear and is heavy to lift o to the trailer hitch.
DONALD WThe only issue I found with the unit that we borrowed was that there was no jack to lift the tongue which made it heavy to hitch it up on my truck. The personnel was awesome to work with.
J-LAURENT PLocation was ok, uhaul was dirty and had small amounts of garbage in the back from previous users. Was left on a sliver of gasoline. The day before pickup my location got changed to here, an additional 85km away from the pickup location I wanted even though it was booked 10 days in advance.
