Booked 26’ Uhaul truc 4 days in advance. The day of pick up the Uhaul had approximately a foot of snow on it with two flat tires. Once a new truck was provided, the uhaul was covered in snow, doors frozen, vehicle stuck in the yard. When the employee was advised that the truck was stuck he simply got in the truck spinning tires forward and back - the way the machine was being handled was so unprofessional someone was taking a video. These issues took an extra 1.5hrs before we could have our uhaul. No apologies, no credit/reimbursement for the inconvenience considering the uhaul should have been ready for pick up as it was booked 4 days in advance. Very unhappy and very unprofessional location. I will never go back there and will advise others to go somewhere else.
