I returned the trailer 20 minutes late and the dealer added an additional full day rental charge to my Visa without my knowledge. Thankfully, when I called U-Haul and explained the situation they were kind enough to refund the total amount of the second charge. The agent on the phone was very polite and helpful. I have rented trailers from U-Haul on several occasions and have never had this issue.

Ronald AThis is the first time i've rented a unit and the staff did not commute to hook it up. I don't know if they were supposed to or not, but the other times we've rented they have come out and hooked it up and verified everything was right and then took a picture.
