The ramp on the truck is not long enough. Given the height of the truck, and the short ramp, it creates a steep rise that is not practical nor safe, especially when moving large furniture. We’ve rented trucks before and the ramp was much longer. It was extremely frustrating to find it now has such a short ramp.
