Work hours are a bit of a joke, only open from 10 - 2? pretty ludicrous. Also the employee isn't very knowledgeable on simple instalation, had trouble figuring out a ratchet strap. But super friendly and professional.

This location is only open until 2:00 pm everyday. It seems a little early to close. This additional comment is more about the app. We had a hard time getting our UHaul account set up to return the truck. Considering the location and access to cell phone data, it made to process slow and not convenient. If the was GPS on the trucks, UHaul could easily see when a truck is returned without the customer doing anything but return the key.

The only issue I had was that I transferred the trailer from one vehicle to another 1/2 way through the trip and had to go and buy an adapter so that the trailer lights worked with my 2015 Truck. It really put a kink in my trip trying to find an open retailer that sold the adapter. Thank goodness I found one or I would have had to delay a day.
