Showed up on time no one there, 12” of snow on entrance of driveway. 6” of snow where trailer was and it turned opposite way, had to use a chain to turn it around. Had to shovel trailer out, staff ( lady) was able to complete paperwork. But had to do hookup my self. No the usual service I have experienced before.
EDWIN Hmake sure the equipment is clean, and parking lot is plowed and has lighting
CARLOS ALocation is horrible, snow was not plowed, no one met u there. I had to clean the truck myself and truck ran decent but the transmission was junk. I had to call uhual to get help because the lady told me she would send me a link but did. They claimed they could plow because of the snow storm but the storm was about a week ago.
