Location was a house and had no identifiable U Haul markings or banners. Drove right into back yard and no one came out to see what I was doing. Hooked trailer by myself and had to knock on door of house to find someone. Both left side tires were low on air. Had to fill them at local tire shop as location had no equipment. Front axle left tire was 20 pounds. Rear axle left tire was 30 pounds. Specifications on tire say 65 pounds. Returned trailer and again, no one came out to look at the trailer. This is not a recognized U haul dealer in my mind and would rather drive to Brampton to actual U haul dealer than deal with this location.

They charged me insurance Cdw, I declined and still got billed for it! Called in and someone was supposed to get in touch, but nothing. Not good service to charge clients even after declining.

Ivo UVery sketchy house. Dangerous location with many trip hazards and ditches. Agent was not there at our meeting time I had to figure out the trailer myself. Very bad look for U-Haul
Craig SUhaul person was 20 minuites late.Clean the area, garbage around (office and yard). Yard had dilapidated vehicles parked in grass.It does not present itself professionaly.Trailer ratchets and lift jack were rusted and very difficult to rotate.( i had to spray with lube to use).The person running it when answering the phone number does not indicate the you have called a UHAULdealer, they just answer and say hello.
