Truck was filthy on the inside. The truck did not include the dolley and furniture blankets that I paid for. Very poor experience.
Leilani MI was fraudulently charged for an equipment that I did not misplace. I am very disappointed that uhaul would do this to me. The activities of the staff at the drop off location should be investigated and surveilance videos at that hotel should be viewed to unravel how the equipment got missing from inside the truck.
