James BIt’s not often I leave comments or even fill out a customer survey for good service, usually it’s just a bad experience or if there was an issue, this is one of the rare exceptions where I feel compelled to leave a review for excellent service. The lady went beyond what she was required to and was really accommodating and understanding. She was the best U-Haul representative I’ve ever dealt with the company should take note and be proud to have her represent your brand. The location was amazing and went above and beyond their job as a drop off location! I will definitely be back to this location anytime I need a U- Haul or even boxes for anything!

Werner vThe uhaul was dirty and not well maintained. I ended up cleaning it and topping up the fluids and I still was charged a cleaning fee.
