They lost our truck and had rented out what I had specifically ordered so they had to hastily throw in a new dolly at the last minute. It made our plans half an hour behind. The movers that we rented were punctual and very good except one of them didn't wear a mask while he worked. Otherwise, they were great.

Improve transparency! We were asked when we would have the Vehicle back. When we replied about 6pm. We were charged when we returned it 22hours from pickup. The Vehicle was not as clean as it should be the seats were soiled and I had to stop and clean the inside of the Windshield so I could see properly.

A bit surprised that the small store does not impose mandatory mask so both employees and some customers were not wearing masks. I would be concerned to walk in the store during this time of spike in cases.

Oct 31 Floor dolly i reserved online for self pick up was not in truck it was 6am and no body was there. they did not even put a 2 wheel dolly in it's place no dolly at all !!! Also online app was not working properly as with many other customers causing delays, my self i did not leave the yard untill 1 hour after scheduled pick up time. Nov 1st i decided to avoid the app self pick up hassle and just book online, upon arrival it was a 1 hour wait in line as the customer service was very slow having lengthy conversations with each customer!!!! When i finally got in the truck the dash was covered in dust and the windows were so filthy you could not see out of them when the sun was shining brightly in your direction. Self return online again had major problems and again caused me 1 hour. Overall a very poor and frustrating experience both times. Customer service failed to put my 2nd rental under my account so i had to return as i had no account, also Google Chrome was the online browser that works for location recognition.

Was over a half hour wait. 3 customers ahead of me. You could use an extra person in the front. Or train lot guys to help out in such cases.

I haven't used this location in a few years. The improvements to the systems and service is notable. I've never had a problem with the people that worked here in the past. Excellent service. It just seems now they have better systems and infrastructure to work with.

1 hour waiting inn line pickup app doesn't work


Access and egress is awkward, because of The physical location is below the road, and Nothing can be done to correct the awkwardness.

If you can improve the uhaul road service By not just having a website to visit but a number to call if someone were to get stuck with no service it makes it more difficult to contact someone. I had a great experience will defenitely is this location again

Fix the app. I booked a truck in advance and was told that I can pick up the truck using just my phone and not needing to go into the store. The app kept getting stuck at the point where it asks you to take a picture of yourself. I tried restarting the app countless times and even restarted my phone. In total I tried about 15 times. And then I had to wait for an hour in line when I was under the impression that I would not have to if I were to use the app. This greatly hindered our moving day and we had to pay two people an extra hour of labour each just to wait around for us to bring the truck.

Just want to add that I rented on the busiest day of the month and one of your representatives on the phone was an absolute joy to talk to and help organize a van when it looked like none were available he helped find one close by. 10/10

I have used this location twice in the last 10 days. I don't understand the negative reviews. Sure they are busy and it is hard to get immediate service but with phone check-ins and check-outs it's a breeze. Plus there's always an employee on the lot willing and ready to help. I really have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with uhaul and this location. Thanks for the great customer service!

After requesting a reservation online, and the confirmation phone call, I did not receive an updated email to the new location. So I arrived to the original location at 8am, they did not open until 10am. After they opened they did not have my information and we had to call the online service to find my reservation, which was at a different location. After I drove the 15min to get there, I had to wait in line for 40min before I could get my truck. From what I could overhear, maybe one other person in front of me was renting a truck for that day. Everyone else was trying to get a storage unit or reserve a rental for a different day. I was delayed three hours. I needed to move out of my apartment that day. There should be a separate line or even someone asking why people are in line.
