The trucks are filthy inside and out. Pet hair on seats made it really disgusting. My truck had no stickers yet I took 15 photos of damage. I feel like this is being purposfully done to charge the next renter of damage and make them pay the deductible. No ladder on site to inspect the roof which they tell you after is not covered by the extra insurance. All these factors are making look to other rental companies.

Your staff need to know more about the products they rent. I rented a car haul trailer and they said this trailer does not have breaking system. I does it's called surge breaks.

I always go to this Barnet Highway Location. They're great. Parking is a bit of a pain though. You really have to work to find all day parking.

Maybe at the of the month have more staff members working so the line up is not so long. Also the online "express" check in in not very Express.

Have a separate line for when we have checked in online and just picking up the keys. Process to slow when everybody is standing in line waiting to be registered when we already registered online

The location and the truck were great. One suggestion is to have a way for people who have checked in and are approved via the online process to get their key without having to wait in line. I waited for about 25 minutes in the line up. Once it was my turn it literally took three seconds for the lady to hand me the key. I couldn't skip the line since all three clerks were helping other customers the entire time I was in the line up. Perhaps they could ask when they are ready for the next person 'anyone here to just pick up a key'? Other than that everything was perfect.

Everyone was friendly helpful and solid. I’m serious good experience saved me money and lent me the biggest vehicle last minute without appointment. The lady at the front and two gentleman doing the customer returns on Sunday dec 1 should get raises.

When I returned the vehicle I was given the impression that there was damage on the roof and I was the cause. Then I was told that I was negligent for not checking the roof. However when I rented the truck NO ONE did a once around to check the quality of the vehicle. After getting upset and angry great way to start my day I was told by the employee that he was just trying to teach me how to rent a vehicle and that they knew the scuffing was on the roof already. I’m sorry but that is garbage and unnecessary. If it is all good then that is ok. But to accuse a customer of damage, walk away then again get them upset by continuing to make them feel responsible for the damage and that you are going to charge them. Only to tell them they wanted to teach the customer a lesson and have a nice day??? That’s crap and as a customer I don’t deserve to be treated that way especially when I took such good care of the vehicle and returned it with more gas than it had when I got it.

I was not given fuel gauge gallon estimate. They sent terms conditions but not what actually mattered. So i ended up fueling more. I first loaded 10 dollars worth of gas, gauge barely moved. So next i did 15 dollars, then it filled way more!
