the person didn't show up so i can get the u-haul until 20 minute after my pick up time, i said i was there to pick up a uhaul and she checked me in after i already checked in which resulted a second payment onto my card, i asked for extra time seeing as they were late so i can get my uhaul and then said i needed to be charged extra for extra time they took from me by being late.
Jordan FGas tank was less than half full when i got it. Unit was dirty inside. The cab and in the back of the van body. I ended up filling it up more than half and have pictures which are location and time stamped and the guy said that I would lose my deposit if I didnt fill it up. It was not filled to begin with and I filled it with more than what was in there.
Justin KThe shop person arrived 20 minutes late to open, the van was dirty outside and smelled like a barn inside and there were old receipts and empty drink container/ Juice box left in the van.
