The practicd of renting the vehicles witj less than a full tank is underhanded amd opportunistic in my opinion. As well, thd mileage charges are deceptive and exorbitant. Not impressed.

OLEKSANDR KThe owner was polite and did his best, however the UHaul website was down when I was checking in and my pickup was delayed. The truck had an engine warning light that stayed on, so I returned to the dealer and he explained that a lot of the trucks had the warning light on and it was becuase of not using manufacturers sensors or whatever controls the engine warning light. And lastly the brakes on the truck would vibrate when applied and clearly needed maintenance. Will likely not be using UHaul for any future moves.
