First issue: The truck I booked was not available at the location I booked it at. I was called two days before the pickup. Instead of bringing a truck to the location I had booked at I had to go to a location farther away, resulting in higher milage and therefore higher rental charge. Second issue: All of the windows were not properly cleaned. Very hard to see clearly in the sunshine. Major safety issue. Also the back of the truck was not fully swept out. I returned the truck cleaner than when it was picked up.

This location is close to where I live and has a gas station right there to refuel on returning. The truck worked well and the U Haul representative was excellent.
Vince WThis was my second time renting a 10’ truck from this location and it was a great experience. Pickup and dropoff were seamless and quick, and the staff are friendly and professional. As an added bonus, Nove Nine is a great cafe/diner to grab a coffee or snack after the move.
Arthur TDid not provide truck that was reserved and changed vehicles without updating the online records. Vehicle Sideview mirror was not operating properly and moved constantly while driving causing unsafe conditions. Engine light was on the entire time the vehicle was used. Upon returning the vehicle the representative stopped helping me to conduct business with several other customers before returning to help me. The representative helping me was impolite during the process.
