I reserved two utility trolleys and a dolly with the truck. When I got there they said they had none. Unbelievable! The truck cab was covered in crumbs and drink spills. The location for the truck had been moved to this location even though website said it was available at the other. Uhaul needs to get a grip on its business or it needs competition. The location is fine … it’s corporate Uhaul which fks over customers.

Khurram APricing from the quote online was quite a bit different and wasn't clearly shown until I got an emailed receipt. The truck was clean inside but windscreen was covered in bugs - the truck should be rented with a clear windshield.
