Pricing from the quote online was quite a bit different and wasn't clearly shown until I got an emailed receipt. The truck was clean inside but windscreen was covered in bugs - the truck should be rented with a clear windshield.

DAWIT SThe person who signed the contract was less than helpful. If anything, his manner was quite offputting. I made it clear to him that I didn’t have much experience driving a U-Haul truck and needed some guidance, but he offered no supportive instructions or suggestions whatsoever. It was as if I am being done a favour. The next day, when we wanted to change the drop-off location and add a new driver, I visited the station only to be told they couldn’t help — even though they had confirmed over the phone beforehand that they could. That wasted an hour of my time and involved an unnecessary trip. Next time, I’ll likely choose a different location.
