Convenient process
ajay sNight and day difference to the pick-up experience! Knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. You could also tell that was usual not just for us as the other customers there were relaxed and happy with the service too.
James MFaisal who works at this location is awesome, he was helpful and even though his store was full of customers he was able to answer my questions and processed my reservation really quickly. I have rented from this location twice now and would definitely recommend to others. In regards to U-Haul the price was amazing and I was able to extend and change my reservation twice with no problems. Very grateful. Everything went really smoothly for me.
Amy SMobile pick up for 8 am didn't work at all. I got a message that the equipment wasn't ready, though I had booked a week in advance. Had to wait an hour for the store to open and employee arrived 15 minutes late to open store. Didn't hit the road until an hour and a half later than planned.
