BRIAN BHad to wait for the employee that handles the rental, then while they answered a phone call, and also dealt with other customers and employees while I was there. Then was told the computer was slow while I was re-asked much of the information previously done online, and was uncomfortable that a photo was taken of my driver's license with what appeared to be a personal cell phone. When I inspected the rental I found it had some minor damage from a previous renter and when I went back in to let the employee know I had to wait while they were running the register and with another customer. When I returned the rental, I requested my drivers license photo be deleted off the phone to another employee that checked me in, however, did not receive much assurance it would be followed up on. On a positive note, they were polite.
