I paid for an extra day and it kept not coming up on my account that I'd done that. I think maybe the guy was just misreading the screen, but it happened more than once. Just a minor thing, easily straightened out. Overall a very good experience!

Dale H.They were not prepared at all. We showed up at the reserved time to pick up the trailer, they didn't have anyone there for 2-3hr AFTER to inspect it to make sure we could drive and and when someone finally showed up, they didn't even inspect it. Waste of time, very unorganized. They told us we needed a 2in balm to tow the trailer, AFTER we purchased a 2 inch ball, the trailer could fit 1 and 7/8 that we already had. Very disappointed with Campionis and wouldn't want to rent from there again. I do not recommend unless you have all no time Strain and can sit around waiting for them to figure it out.
