The trailer I rented had a leak in the front left roof area. The establishment caught me off guard. The owner was very nice and professional. I was just not impressed with the establishment.Frank W.

The customer service rep. named Larry seemed nice, but couldn't help with the trailer at all. He's too old and physically unable to lift much more than his own body out of his chair. I did the express checkout feature online, but when I arrived at the location Larry made me wait almost 20 minutes to complete all the information again. So it was a waste uploading my license and completing all that info online because Larry made me resubmit everything in his store. So what's the purpose of express checkout online!!!???? The store was very dirty and disorganized. Gross, gross, gross!!! I'm surprised Uhaul allows this dump to offer Uhaul equipment for rent. The computer was slow and Larry lacks basic computer knowledge to get through the easiest transaction without having to call for support. This is by far the worst rental experience I've ever had. I'll be surprised if I'm the only one to express any of these issues in a review. They're is no chance in Hell that I'll go back.Michael S.

Hes charging us for gas that we put in. His office stinks some one probably siphon the fuel out as the truck sits next to a main road.We used the truck for 24 miles put 31/2 gallons of fuel back in now he's charging my card extra 60.00 Im going to fight this one. BewareTim T.
First off, I utilized the Express Online check-in, as I normally do, to avoid much time waiting. Just as I experienced the prior time I used this location, it took way too long. If it weren't for the closeness of the location, as the other 2 I prefer to rent from locally did not have the trailer I requested, I would not have rented from these folks. Next, I declined the insurance. He overrode that and just took the liberty of throwing it on. As he told me what he was charging me for I had to tell him I already declined the coverage and did not want it. He then continued to push it on me until I finally had to get a little rude with him and tell him I DO NOT WANT IT. I don't care for this style of doing business and this reflects poorly on U-Hual.Todd S.

The owner was not on site when we arrived to pick up our truck. The price we paid was not what was quoted to us, overall customer service was terrible. He told us to have the gas tank filled to 3/4 when we returned the truck yet when we got in the vehicle it was just barely over a half. This was our first experience with U-Haul and will be our last!!!! We reserved a U-haul back in August from West Coast Storage originally for a one move and return it in Boise on September 7. The gentlemen said everything was set and we could pick it up on September 5 from West Coast Storage. I received an email on Sunday September 3 at 9:57 pm giving me two options to schedule a pickup and both places didn't have a truck at either location. I called to West Coast and the gentleman said that we do not do one way rentals when I told him my situation. Now why didn't he tell me that in the first place when I reserved the Uhaul back when I rented it. So then I called another place that he gave me and they didn't have one but she did find one for us at the Promised Land Honey place which was very close to us. So they had a schedued appt for 12pm on Monday September 4. So my husband and son went to pick up the Uhaul. When I reserved the truck I told them that I would be doing a split payment and they said that was okay. So they got to the dealer and he was a 24 hour dealer and he didn't know how to do a split payment so he had to call his territory to get help. He received help from a gal named Desiree at the Washington office. We wanted to put $500 on the discover card and then the balance on our Bank of America card. So we thought everything was dandy and going to be very easy. Well not the case and totally unprofessional on Uhaul part. This gal charged our Discover $500 and according to her system it didn't go through so she kept charging it. Well there was only $500 so she charged it $499 and had an approval code on it but something happened so she didn't see the approval code so she kept charging the card and then it declined. That was 4 charges on the Discover card. They charged our Bank of America card 4 times and the amounts were different $155.38, $159. and the $156.38 and then $155.38 again. They received approval codes for all the money on the Bank of America card which drained our account. We called the Uhaul and got ahold of a gal named Christie as it was 2 1/2 hours later and they were not going to rent the uhaul to us because iit showed that the money was never received. So my husband said how are we going to get all of our money back and the guy from the dealer said that wasn't his deal and you would have to call uhaul and get them to reverse the payments. So we called Uhaul and I got ahold of a gal named Christie and she was very very helpful in assisting us. She said that she could go to a screen and see what the dealer was doing and she went to that screen and nothing was showing. She tried to call the dealer and the phone just kept ringing and no answer. She told me that she would keep trying and then call me back. As soon as I hung up the phone a emailed receipt came from Uhaul for the transaction for very first payment that Desiree ran. However, there were still 3 other amounts that were also authorizjulie W.
The place is only open couple hrs a day. It looks like a rv &travel trailer junkyard. I took pic to prove I stoped off equipment it was very questionable location.Nolen D.
Equipment was clean but the crank on the trailer jack needs to be repaired and the wheel strap cranks need lubrication. Service is quick compared to standing in line at other locations.TIM M.
The trailer running lights had a short that kept blowouts our vehicles fuses. When we picked up the trailer only two running lights didn't work- later on our long drive home none worked. At 6$ per fuse and an hour and a half trying to fix the issue- we ended up driving home with no driving lights at night. Not happy with the experience. We needed a fully functional trailer. That is what I paid for and reserved.nikole B.
