I already recommended Lutz U-Haul to some friends recently moved here from out of town - who were not aware of your convenient location and awesome service. There was a little bit of "friction" at pick-up regarding the filling of the tank. Since I have a bad memory. and I was under stress, I asked for a piece of scrap paper and a pen to place in front of me, on the dash or whatever, for my return trip. The guy (who seemed to be rushing and interfering with the nice young lady at the counter) abruptly threw down my contract and told me that THAT should suffice as a reminder. He didn't seem to understand when I jokingly reached for my glasses in order to be able to read the refill requirement that was highlighted in pink (?). I did not get my piece of scrap paper, but the incident helped me to remember to FILL UP on my return trip. Otherwise, the experience was generally a positive one - and, at least, I know what to expect if there is a next time.
