First time using a location without an office. The website would not work to upload pictures. Tech support said that the app was better for android phones. Was able to proceed a little further through the process but still had to call the local office in Cambridge. The lady there was super helpful and I was on my way. Upon return, tried to use the app like tech support had told me, but did not work. Called tech support and they said to use the website (just the opposite of what tech support told me the previous day). Uploading photos continued to be a problem. During the checkout process, should be a way of leaving comments if you disagree and can't upload a photo (I called the local office and reported the discrepancy - again the lady there was super helpful). I would not have recommended the location except for the lady at the Cambridge office going above and beyond.
