So there is no location here. All that is there is a drop box. This wasn't a simple park the truck and drop the keys. You are basically doing the job of a Uhaul employee. So, don't forget your smart phone because before you can leave you need to verify your location, take and upload photos of to prove the interior is clean, the mileage, where it is parked and then answer a bunch of questions. My favorite was that they asked me if the truck was clean enough for another family to use. Initially my answer was no because there was some dirt on the floor mat and I'd think that they'd go through and wipe everything down. Especially in the time of COVID. Nothing major. Just what I would expect if I was picking up a truck rental but not the type of cleaning you'd expect the person renting the truck to do. Anyway, the best part is I get to the end of six screens worth of questions where they tell me what the total charges are and they had added a +/-$30 cleaning charge. Needless to say I went back 5 or 6 screens back and changed my answer to the question regarding whether the truck was clean enough for another family. If you can't tell, I was put off by this experience. Maybe because it was the first time I've had to do it. My recommendation would be to go some where there is a human and let them do their job instead of doing it for them.CHRISTOPHER T.

Make sure equipment order(dollies, Utilities cart and so forth) are in the back of the truckweems D.

What I liked...thhe truck was excellent What I didn't like... Remote transaction on a web site not user friendly No dolly that I ordered & paid for plus due to remote transaction, no human to contact to correct matter. This made the entire process cumbersome and made my move difficultBrian F.
I spent almost an hr on the phone trying to access the keys to my truck!!! I had to pay my mover who were waiting for me an extra $150 for the delay in securing my truck! I called to 800 number as the app wouldn't let me go any further AFTER my phone said location enable!!! I spoke to someone who was "helping ' me while checking with a supervisor and put me on HOLD for 15 min before another person came on the line and it happened again!!!! (for 20 min this time) Third try I got a lovely supervisor that was able to get my thru the 3!!!!!!! places on my phone that had to be adjusted. It never gave any help like this when I signed up for mobile check in, not did the other 2 of your employees! I was a hr late leaving the facility with my rental truck!!!! MORE specific directions need to be included on your mobile check in site!!!!!! I would request a partial refund due to the extra expense I incurred due to the ineptness of 2 of your employess and a difficult check in process with not enough info!!!!! ALSO, I paid for a hand truck and didn't realize until I got to the house where my things were to load the truck it was NOT in the truck...another 20 minutes to go find /borrow one from a friend!!! Dirty truck....this facility should be shut down!!!Mary V.
