My only complains are listed below: 1. The vehicle I requested wasn't available at the location I had booked - and it didn't seem like it would have been difficult to move the vehicle from Cambridge to New Minas. 2. The furniture dolly I had rented only had one working wheel. It was practically useless and therefore I wasted $15 on that rental. 3. The fuel estimator sent was wildly inaccurate and I put 1/8th of a tank worth of fuel into the truck that wasn't needed. Another unnecessary out of pocket expense. The vehicle itself was clean and great.

Grace MWell first of all I rented the vehicle in Kingston, NS but ended up have to go to Cambridge, NS to pick it up and was told I wouldn't be charged for the mileage to and from Kingston but I was to top it off I never rented a vehicle before that only had a 1/8 of a take with gas in it was worried about even making it to Greenwood 😢 not impressed at all this is first time that I have ever rented from UHaul and it was a crapy service overall😢
