How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery bad location. The milage was wrong on the truck. I took pictures and call right away from the lot. and the persons was very rude told me that I’m a fucking liar and wouldn’t come look Milage on my contact said 90279.5 And actually was 90297.5 Drove 9.3 km =5.779 mi Final total milage was 90303.3 i got charged for 18 miles more then I should We I returned the unit the owner of the shop was yelling and swearing. Worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul.
WILLIAM VReview Everything was okay overall, but the pickup experience was extremely frustrating. I was in Brantford and was told that the truck would be available for pickup there. However, when I arrived, I was told that I had to drive to Cambridge to get the truck. I had two infants with me, so having to drive an additional 40 minutes was very inconvenient and completely unexpected. I made my plans based on the information U-Haul provided, and changing the pickup location at the last minute was very disappointing. This was disrespectful to my time and situation. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone.

Ruth EI was disappointed that the furniture pads I rented were not found in the truck. Even more disappointed when I called customer service and was told that sometimes they are incapable of leaving them and since the location was closed, they couldn't help me. If that was the case, it should not have been an option available, or I should have been notified ahead of time so that I could have found some elsewhere as I was depending on those to protect my furniture while moving. I also found the mobile pick up and drop off to be very tedious and took more time than expected which put a wrench in our plans for the day.
