YVON BThey were closed so my comments have nothing to do with the location inside or the personnel. The truck lot was overwhelmingly full which required me to leave the truck in an awkward location. It was too difficult to park in such tight quarters. The mobile drop off process was straight forward though. I’d rate higher if there was more obvious parking available and likely if I’d met actual people.
Selena DI never received items that I paid for rental. Dolly and moving blankets were charged to me but NOT supplied. I used this service on a Sunday so the location was not open.
Aimee GRepresentative at the Franklin pickup was very courteous and the truck and equipment were ready to go on time, and clean :)
